My order is not being accepted. why?

Sometimes there maybe connectivity or other technical issues. If this occurs, feel free to email support or call us at 212-775-1100 and speak with one of our specialists to place your order. We are open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding major holidays.

How do I know if a product is available and how long it will take to be delivered?

Our system won’t let you order an item that's not available! We will ship within 48hrs starting from the time you place your order. All orders are shipped Ground with UPS from New York.

How do I know if a product is available ?

If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

Currently it's standard shipping and a flat rate of 10 dollars.

Where does ship?

Baci ships anywhere in the United States and Internationally. For orders outside the US, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will have a tracking number sent to the email that you have provided

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be shipped via UPS from New York within 2 business days (or less) after your order has been placed. You can expect your delivery between 3-10 business days depending on what state you’re in.

How do I go about returning a product purchased online?

If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you.
  • Items must be returned in it’s original condition. Meaning to be unwashed, undamaged, not worn and with all tags attached.
  • Please have your items returned using a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS or Fedex. Keep the tracking number to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Baci is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Baci.

How long will it take for my refund to be issues?

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited.

Are delivery charges refundable?
