Spice up your Weekend with Boozy Popsicles

As a kid, there is very little that a popsicle didn't make better. These days, a popsicle might not bring you nearly as much joy, but with these adult-only boozy popsicle recipes, you might just have a new favorite thing.

For the Beer Lovers

This recipe is a mix of two summertime favor

What you'll need:

● Your favorite craft beer, with citrus notes (Summer Shandy, for example)
● 1/3 – 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice (to taste)
● 1/4 cup of sugar

What you'll do:

1. Combine all ingredients. Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.

2. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, and let it freeze overnight!

For the Wine Enthusiasts

This recipe follows the traditional Fudgesicle recipe, but with an intense grown up twist.

What you'll need:

● 1 1/4 cup red wine
● 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
● 1 1/2 cup milk

What you'll do:

1. Simmer the wine in a small pot over low/medium heat for around 15 minutes, or until it has reduced.

2. Remove from heat and whisk in the chocolate chips until they're completely melted.

3. Next, stir in the milk.

4. Pour the milk into your popsicle mold and let them freeze overnight.

For Those Who Prefer Liquor

The creamy liquor filled popsicle are a summer dream come true.

What you'll need:

● 18 oz. vanilla yogurt
● 1 banana
● 3 oz. vodka
● 3 oz. Kahlua
● 4 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
● 3 tablespoons crushed oreo

What you'll do:

1. Combine all ingredients in your food processor until thoroughly combined

2. Pour into your popsicle mold, and freeze for about 1 hour or until a popsicle stick stays upright when inserted. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze popsicles overnight.
